Using wear os watch and sleep phaser

I have

  • a polar M600 --> wear os watch
    -sleep phaser

If I use wear os (start sleep for android with watch app) I have a HR graph
I I start from the phone sleep phase give me results.

Because sleep phase also watch my breathe I was thinking is it possible to use both?
Soi I can see breathe and hr graph in result. Is this possible?
