I got the latest version of the Wellue O2ring the pro version. When i had the original one it was tracking all aspects just fine. With this one i configure it exactly how its supposed to be done but its not recording everything and its not vibrating when the session starts. It vivrates fine in its native app ( vihealth) if heart rate goes down a certain lvl it vibrates.
Whats going on? Why is it not doing ehat its supposed to?

The Sleep app is running properly, but the companion app is not sending any data.
The wearable API is still the same, so the companion app should have sent data even after you configured a new wearable in that app.
I am sorry for not providing more details, but we do not know, how the companion app is designed and what might be the obstacle.
In your Sleep app, everything is configured properly. The only issue is that the companion app does not send any data. I assume you already contacted the developer of the companion app - what is his advice?
