Add-on version: Sleep Viatom O2Ring Advanced (last updated September 2024)
Hardware: Wellue O2Ring S (new 2024/2025 model — USB-C, 1-second sampling, one-piece design)
Problem:
The O2Ring S is not detected by the add-on at all. The ring is powered on and worn (BLE active automatically on body contact). All Android permissions are granted: Nearby Devices (Bluetooth), Background operation. The ring connects and works perfectly in ViHealth app.
The add-on scan shows no devices. Tested with both Web-APK and Play Store version of SAA.
Important: I found this existing thread about the same issue with the O2Ring Pro: O2ring-Pro issues
The original O2Ring (O2R22) reportedly works fine with the add-on. Request: Please update the add-on to support the new O2Ring S BLE protocol, or confirm whether support is planned.
