WHO uses the Polar h10 in combination with a spo² meter?

Hi,

I’m having trouble using the Polar h10.

>No other app is using BT of the H10 sensor, I updated all apps and hardware,restarted all products, emptied out the BT cache and tried every setting

I read here that other users are using the H10 and a sp0² meter…so what am I doing wrong?

Everytime I chose Stresslocator for spo², it changes the BT setting for Heart too…

I want to wake up if my breathing rate info taken by h10 is low!

Bc the Stresslocator is only waking me up under a Heart rate of <30 (which is too low) or next possible threshold <40 (wich is too high because my heart rate is often 38.

Why such HUGe steps when it comes to heart rate? The spo² can be put on 82, or 94, whatever I want. Why not the heart rate and why dont I get it (h10)to work, so frustrating

Hi @Scarlet, Polar H10 can read HR, movements, and breath rate. It does not have an SpO2 sensor, so it cannot measure the level of SpO2, only the breathing rate.

If you use an oximeter, the app will use the oximeter as the source of HR data automatically.

The threshold for SpO2 alerts is set in the native app, not in the Sleep app. We use automatic detection of SpO2 dips; there is no set threshold.

Ive got it working now. Ive set the wearable to Polar BT, H10 en hr and spo2 to Stresslocator.

Now all graphs show up.

The threshold I was talking ab is the Stresslocator
