Wear OS without an Android Phone (with an iPhone)

What if I buy a summit 2 and have only an iPhone ?

Is there any way to get sleep monitored on that ?

Unfortunately this is not possible. The watch app is not standalone - it gathers data from the watch sensors and sends them to the phone, which does the heavy computation things…
