Hello. I got a Mi Band 5 yesterday and I am evaluating if I should buy this app. Here’s what I’d like to do:
set a goal of a total minimum of 7h of sleep (excluding wake phases) and then automatically wake me up in the next light sleep cycle after those 7h, within a maximum timeframe for example of 9hrs.
This way I’m always sure I get solid 7-8h sleep within a 9h maximum time frame and wake up in the first light phase.
Is this possible with this app? I gave it a try but I can’t seem to be able to do something like this. I’d buy it if I know this is possible.
