"waiting for fitbit" persistent notification

All day long, I have a “waiting for fitbit - not consuming battery” persistent notification. It’s getting on my nerves.

I think this started when I tried the sleep tracking “after fall asleep (experimental)” option.

Is there a way to get rid of this other than disabling wearable support?

I have this same issue. I think I also have that option enabled actually.

Going to try to remove that myself. Even on the screen when I click “test wearable” it hangs and doesn’t connect to my Fitbit (versa lite - supported). Very weird because the Fitbit app is showing I’m connected.
