Sleep As Android doesn’t seem to support virtual Hue bridges that don’t require a button press to connect (I.e., Bifrost).
I was able to get it to work by “pairing” my app to another virtual Hue bridge, then shutting that one down and starting up my preferred one, and the Sleep as Android app worked perfectly, so it seems to be a problem only in the setup flow and could probably be resolved by the app recognizing that authentication is not required and skipping that step.
