I tried Sleep as Android’s IFTTT connection feature but I couldn’t understand what those values (1-3) mean.
Ifttt webhooks allows you to send up to three pieces of data to the server along with your event. With some events we are using the data fields, with some not. In this case it’s a unix timestamp of the time when the event occured in Sleep as Android.
