Use the new Android 13 feature to gradually increase torch brightness at/near wakeup time

Android 13 supports “turnOnTorchWithStrengthLevel” which works at least on the pixel 7.

Currently having the torch go on at full brightness when the alarm goes off is quite an unpleasant shock.

Please add support to have the torch gradually increase brightness at (or even a bit before) the alarm goes off.
