- Why is it necessary to turn off wi-fi during sleep? (I’ve read through a lot of the documentation and if the explanation is there I’ve somehow missed it.)
- I now use a Sleep Phaser v2; is it still necessary to turn off wi-fi while sleep tracking?
- The above questions arise because somewhere in the documentation I read that you can use your own audio as an alternative to the app’s “lullabies”. All my audio is on an NAS, so I need a wi-fi connection to access it.
Hi @nickdc, it is definitely not necessary - we turn it off since it is not usually needed and lots of people prefer less radios in the bedroom.
You can turn off this behavior in Sleep > Settings > Sleep tracking > Turn off wireless signal during sleep
Thanks, that’s helpful to know.
