Please consider adding an am/pm designation next to the time of day, a stopwatch symbol next to the duration and replace the alarm sounds time range clock with a bell.
When I wake up in the middle of the night it takes me a while to figure out which of the five different times in the sleep tracking window is which. In the end every second I have to spend deciphering is time my brain is spending waking up and it becomes harder to fall back asleep. Putting am/pm next to the two different times tells me that it isn’t the duration and putting the bell next to the alarm range tells me that’s the alarm range.
Also, please consider placing labels on the graph. The x axis seems to be time but it’s unclear if the y axis is sleep depth and whether high means deep or high means shallow sleep.
