As a parent who is up intermittently all night with my baby, it would be a helpful measure of my sleep quality if I could see the longest period of sleep I got in a night. Two nights of 8 hours of sleep, each with 30% deep sleep, are very different when one includes a continuous 3 hours of sleep and the other has only 1 hour spans. Thanks!
Hello, many thanks for your feedback. Maybe if you could share a sleep graph to demonstrate this a bit more? In general we do awake detection so at the end of the night you should be able to see your efficiency - time in bed / time sleeping… Awake detection uses several heuristics including sound detection - talking or even baby crying is one of them… also light or significant movement etc…
