Just like how we rate our sleep quality at the end of tracking, can there also be a pre-tracking rating for Tiredness?

Might also be nice to separate Tiredness into physical and mental Tiredness. Then I can review my sleep activity to look for connections between these and my sleep duration, deep sleep, sleep rating.
These analyses would help me determine how to best increase my alertness, energy and productivity through the day.
P. S. A rating system for pain/disease severity might also be useful for affected people to determine what aspects of their sleep habits correlate and might be improved. The tracking system would also be nice to print out for doctor appointments to view how people's pain changes over days/weeks.
