The app should run in background all the time and monitor and reminds everything even when the mobile is locked or app is not opened And features likeheart rate monitor pulse rate monitor can be added and alarm must have more ringtones and It should be more strict
As i had observed it is easy to dissable the alarm and many more features can be added
