I let Sleep as Android delay 15 minutes before starting tracking, and this usually works fine.
However sometimes I let myself fall asleep while using the phone, reading articles etc. For those times I let Tasker set screen timeout to 1 minute, check if my phone’s screen is on every minute, and start tracking if screen is off (which means I fell asleep). But even then the tracking starts after the pre-set time. There should be an action which can start tracking immediately, ignoring the delay, from Tasker.
