I’m just thinking of a very simple option. “Start sunrise before alarm sound” which allows you to select a given duration (5m, 10m, 30m, etc.) during which the lights will slowly fade too full brightness.
When I set an alarm, I want the alarm so sound at the set time. Using the current options for sunrise alarmm whenever I set an alarm time, I have to subtract the delay from the actual alarm time.
