I’ve actually been using this app for about 7 years - I love it because it is the most complete sleep tracking system that I’ve seen. When I woke up this morning it occurred to me that I slept really well last night but I was also really tired when I went to bed. I’ve never been prompted to enter that information when I turn on the sleep app and now I’m curious if that variable affects my sleep. Is there a place to enter this information? I ask because I’ve never seen it. If not could it be added? Maybe as a beta test for some people?
As a side note I do love quantitative research so I really am curious if there are any correlations here. Thanks in advance for considering my question/request.
