This might be a dumb question, but I can’t figure it out. I currently listen to podcasts as I’m falling asleep. I have my settings set to start lowering the volume as I sleep after 60 minutes. This works perfectly. However, sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and I have trouble going back to sleep without a podcast playing. When I startup something and turn up the volume, it immediately starts lowering again and I can’t seem to find a way to stop it or at least slow it down. It doesn’t last long enough to allow me to get back to sleep. Is there a way to do this? I either need to cancel the volume lowering all together, or give myself another 30 minutes or so before it starts to lower the volume again.
this is a case we don’t have covered seamlessly.
The 60 minutes countdown that you have set up does never reset during sleep tracking, so when you turn up volume manually, it will attempt to get to the low volume ASAP.
To restart the countdown, you’d currently need to stop sleep tracking and start it again.
Hi @ph8 ,
The lullaby volume-down feature is available in Settings > Sleep tracking > Lullabies > Turn off when sleeping. You can pick longer / shorter periods, or completely disable it there.
