Sp02 and HRV data from Pixel Watch 3

Hello! I just bought and setup a Pixel Watch 3, and would love troubleshooting on how to get SpO2 data and HRV to show up in my nightly report.

I’ve gone through all the documentation, selected WearOS as my sensor suite, enabled Sp02 and tried to make sure that I’m sharing between Google FIt, Health Connect, Fitbit and SAA and still do not see anything. Everything else seems to work fine (movement, HR, etc.) so I am a bit stuck.

Are there any common issues with Pixel Watch 3, Pixel phones (I’m on Pixel 8) and SAA? Or tips and tricks? Thanks!

Hi @Steve_Pinto, I am sorry we missed your post.
The SpO2 data on Pixel watches is available only system apps.
You can let the data sync via Health Connect, but you need the latest version 20250924. Check PS for updates, or you are welcome to join BETA testing to get a priority update, or install the version directly from our download page:
