Hello!

I have few questions about accuracy.

  1. What sensor/algorithm is more accurate? Sonar vs. Accelerometer ?

Do you have any articles about it? or maybe did you do a comparison experiment ?

  1. If I will add a wearable device to my sleep, will it make your tracking detection algorithm more accurate? or is it just for showing me my heart a bit?

I just want the best accurate results measuring REM and the other phases.
