At the moment Smart Lights feature is used on every alarm if enabled (globally). So if I am sleeping in another room the Smart Lights in the configured room are triggered. Smart Lights triggering should be a setting per alarm (on/off or even specific lights).

I know this is an old post, but this is also an aggravation that I have.
I wish I could choose smart lighting settings per alarm.
As it is, if I want an alarm without smart lighting, I have to use a different app.
I’d much rather use Sleep as Android as my only alarm app!
exactly the same here, and I really don’t like any other alarm apps
