Slow Vibrate the phone with delayed intermittents to create a rhythm to encourage sleep

The phone is on the bed. The phone vibrates slowly with variable delay times from seconds to minutes.
The vibration will be felt and/or heard through the mattress.
It will have to create a rhythm to encourage sleep… Just like counting sheep.
The vibrantions stop after sleep is detected and/or when sleep record timer is reached.
