Sleep tracking without data by default

Add an option to use manual sleep tracking, that does not use or analyze any data, just track the time.

Iā€™m not sure what you mean. If I forget to turn on sleep tracking, and the phone is charging and not moving I will get a request asking if I sleep from 23:35 to 06:07 {or whatever time period I slept).

Yes, that is true. But the user requesting this did not want to use Sleep time estimation feature.
