"Sleep tracking may not work" dismiss

On my OnePlus 3, when starting sleep tracking the message “Sleep tracking may not work on your device. Tap to resolve.” I followed those steps to disable battery optimization for the app but the message remains.

Could there maybe be a “Don’t show again” option?

There is a well-known and long standing but with most (or maybe all?) OnePlus phones where the battery optimization setting gets automatically and frequently reenabled by the phone for no good reason. This is well documented in the OnePlus forums, and is a likely explanation for the behaviour you’re seeing.
