Sleep Phaser v1 - light toggle no longer reacting/cannot connect via Bluetooth

When I want to switch color of the Phaser nothing happens. I disconnected it from power several times - no effect.

UPDATE: It worked again but only until I reconnect the power - then the issue reappears.
