Sleep Cloud not uploading

Hi. I purchased a new phone and transferred settings. Since then, sleep cloud is not uploading and I see a message that says ‘Limited to sync once per week’ and it also shows Unlock. My sleep cloud subscription is current and I do have Sleep As Android unlock installed.

When I click on unlock on this screen it just takes me right back to the add-ons page. I can, however, upload to Good Drive.

Can someone please tell me what I need to do to get sleep cloud working again. This worked for a couple years before breaking after I switched phones.

Is there any chance of getting support for this? I’ve posted this message as well as emailing the developer and no reply.

What should I do? Uninstall and reinstall? Frustrating.

I’m in the same boat and so far this is the only post I’ve seen about it.
