Watch/Mobvoi Health app says it never goes below 91, app says in the 70s & 80s. I can understand the app extrapolating the RDI from raw data combined with HR, etc, but not changing the value of the SPO2 itself. Polysomnography said no apnea, & I’m not sure how accurate the watch oximeter is, so may confirm with another unit, but the changing of the values is confusing.
Hi @urbanhym, the app does not add any new values or change them in the data set, it only shows data that were reported from the sensors. Is the native app doing any data “clearing”?
No. I look at a graph from the previous night on the TicSleep app, so there are records, & it says never below 91, so I’m not sure how SAA is saying values in the 70s.
Hi, our app never adds any data that was not reported from the sensors. So if the app is showing values around 70s, there must be a source of these values. Please, use the Left ≡ menu → Support → Report a bug. Thank you.
Thanks. Done.
