I make some automate flows
If Sleep tracking active, this flow will Detected screen activity.
First, it will show a massage that some activity are detected.
After 1 minute, there will be a dialogue confirm. This dialogue will confirm whether you are fully waking up or just want to check some notifications and back to sleep. If you choose “No” or you didn’t confirm the dialogue more than ten seconds, your sleep tracking will keep running. If you chose “Yes”, the sleep tracking will be stopped.
If the screen keep on for more than 10 minutes (in case you’re watching YouTube recommendation in the middle of the night) this flow will think that you are awake and therefore sleep monitor will be stopped.
