Show AM/PM with sleep entry time

When browsing the sleep entries, it shows the times slept like: 8:57->4:12

Without an AM/PM indicator, it isn’t apparent what time of day that sleep took place. This is important information for people who have unusual sleep schedules (like Non-24) where an 8:57 sleep time could realistically be either AM or PM.

I'd like to add that another use/need for this feature is to identify erroneous sleep logs. My Pebble watch tends to make a sleep log whenever I take it off (because it's not moving), and I can't tell when the log was to decide whether to delete it.
