I work shift. It changes every week. One week 14-00, next week 5-14, week off - random. My sleeping pattern is completly disaster. I tried to track my sleeping so app could find my perfect sleep length. It’s easy to say “try 6h, try 7h”. I change my sleeping hours so often that I’m almost always tired in the mornings or at the night that I work late.
Any tips for sleep length? I will also try to wake up and fall asleep to same time, but sometimes I feel its useless since my pattern changes so often.
