Send sms for incoming call while sleeping

When someone calling, reply w sms or voice “Im sleeping right now, send me a message”.

Or the same thing with Telegram (f.e. a SaA Telegram Bot) or WhatsApp.

But, only of the caller is on our contact list. I don't want random people knowing I'm asleep

It can be easily done through the WA Plus app…
