Samsung gear s3 frontier sensor problem

I have downloaded all apps and addons i think are needed to work but when i connect the watch to my phone and start sensor tracking it just wont connect i have deleted and downloaded the apps but no change

I managed to get it to connect but watch still saying starting tracking and phone screen was loading
