My phone display has broken and therefore I can’t export my sleep tracking data using the usual methods. I do have access to the Android file system, however, by plugging it into my PC and browsing using Windows Explorer.
Is there any way I can transfer the raw sleep tracking data off the phone and import it into my new phone? Where is the raw, unexported data stored?

The app doesn’t really store raw data, we always aggregate the data even through the night since the raw data would be really really big in size.
But getting the data from which the sleep graphs are rendered is easy.
The app does daily backups to it’s backup folder (by default /sleep-data) - you’ll find a sleep-export.csv file there which you can copy to a new phone and then do Menu > Backup > Import to recover.
