Progressive alarm times

Used to slowly change sleep patterns. Something like wake up min 5 earlier everyday for the next 10 days.

I love this idea. I would very much like to wake up earlier to have more me time before the kids wake up, but I've tried in the past and it's a problem for me to switch to, say, a 5 am wake up time all of a sudden. I just sleep right through the alarm, or turn it off and go right back to sleep. This would be perfect to gradually move from a 6.30 alarm to a 5.00 alarm, since it not such a significant change for your body. I've tried to find an alarm app that has this feature and I couldn't find any.
