Possibility to choose text-to-speech mechanism again

I have accidentally chosen wrong text-to-speech mechanism, and now I can’t change it despite reinstalling the app. I wish to change it, but option to choose mechanism didn’t appear again. I wish such option could be available again.

Also, I wish I could submit this feature requests via e-mail, because I dislike forums, though I have a pleasant time with your bot.
