I just started using SAA, and to be fair - may not properly understand it’s full set of features, or even the information it presents. However, using Polar H10 to track sleep, I get strange numbers for deep sleep data - it says I’m having about 40% deep sleep at night, which sounds extremely unlikely to me.
I have moderate apnea, so deep sleep is uncharacteristically hard to achieve at all for me. I also use Samsung Watch S20 (which, I think, is inaccurate) - it says I’m having about 9% deep sleep per night. And while I doubt its reading, it feels closer to the “real” numbers than Polar + SAA.
So, can someone please explain to me this metric? Why is it so high?
I’m having the same problem using a Polar Verity Sense. I’m also showing 40% deep sleep (3-4 hours), which is definitely not true for me. My old Fitbit showed about an hour of deep sleep per night.
I put my phone on the table beside my bed. I’m not using sonar.
Hi @alourie, could you please send the logs (Left ≡ menu → (?) Support → Report a bug)? Are you using Polar or Polar SDK integration?
How long have you been having these issue?
