Last night I was trying to use my phone for work reasons and had to pay the Accountability fee to keep using it. Even though I payed, my phone was still locked. Has this ever happened to anyone?
I was charged but my phone didnt unlock.
How can I get a refund?

Are you using a third-party intermediary app during the purchase process? In some cases, there may be a delay in the Play Store approving your purchase and you may need to go back and try again by tapping the ‘QUIT’ button. Has anything unusual happened during the purchase process?
If there is a delay in processing your purchase, you can tap the ‘QUIT’ button again and the detox will end without requiring a new payment.
For a refund, please get in touch with us directly at support@urbandroid.org, we cannot issue a refund via a reply on the forum.
Also, consider using the Mentor feature instead of the fee, you can find it in Settings → Accountability → Accountability Mentor. You can assign someone as your detox mentor, and they can generate a quit code for you if needed.
The Mentor feature is free to use.
