I’d like the option to have the Smart Period centered on the alarm time; e.g. choosing a 1-hour Smart Period for a 6 AM alarm would wake me at the ideal time some time between 5:30 and 6:30 AM. As it is, there’s a lot of guesswork and trial and error involved in choosing the right Smart Period and alarm time combination; I think this would eliminate a lot of that and still deliver useful information about one’s sleep cycle.
