It will great if you can provide an option to just track my number of hours of sleep without telling me what time I started sleeping.
That is, tell me just “Your have slept for 7 hours” WITHOUT telling me “You started sleeping at 1.35am to 8.35am for a total of 7 hours”.
Knowing it was late into 1.35 am that I started my sleep stressed me out even though I feel great sleeping according to Natural Body Clock i.e. I feel great that I have a good night sleep until I saw your app told me I started sleeping at 1.35 am…
There is no need for me to know I started sleeping so late… because seeing I slept so late psychologically affects me even though my natural body clock says I have rested…
