Either using 24 hour time, or just affixed AM/PMs at the end of each time. Even a color code would do it. I just can’t tell sometimes “did I sleep from 10pm to 2am, or 10am to 2pm?” I have a circadian rhythm disorder, so I can’t count on my sleep making sense.

Adding my vote for this. I sleep without much rhyme or reason, and when looking at the logs, there is no way for me to discern the AM/PM for my sleep start and end times. I can work around it by changing my system settings to use a 24-hour clock, but I don’t want to use 24-hour time in every application. Adding an option to Sleep as Android to force using a 24-hour clock (overriding the system setting) would be ideal.
