I don’t know what the hell to call this, as the feature seems to have gone through a lot of changes and called conflicting things from both Google and Samsung, but basically first in the Android 16 beta builds and now made its way into 15’s March Feature drop, Google has greatly expanded the previous “protory modes” feature.
Where this app comes into play, is that the confusingly named Bedtime Mode (which is still referenced as Zen Mode internally) has ties/connection with Digital Wellbeing where from my understanding it will do some extremely basic tracking with. Though this might be specfic to Pixel devices though, as Samsung have implemented their version of Digital Wellbeing slightly differently and have had a “Bedtime mode” of some kind exist since Android 14.
In API 35 Google appear to have new types to the AutomaticZenRule API call, though it’s not until more recently while working on the next version do they seem to have done anything with it.

Like how the app is able to control Do Not Disturb, I was going to suggest that a new option is added so it can instead/also toggle Bedtime Mode, but as it says in the developer documention how only the Wellbeing app can own rules of that type, perhaps it might not be possible. Or if there is a longer more complex workaround, it may not be worth the effort.
There is also this too that should help which I found from someone else linking in the Tasker feature request forum.
