The one thing your app is missing to make it the best option to buy is the additional option before start sleep tracking is pushed, is sleep factors.
The option to add preset, and make your own, things that affect sleep for that night. Such as, caffeine, smoke, drink, medicine, ate late, pain, excersice, sick and so forth. Check out Sleep Monitor app.
Not everyday is the same and always affected by something. It would be nice to know on that day you slept like crap, why you might of slept like crap.
Hello Jonathan, we already have that… every sleep record can have unrestricted amount of tags… their are few suggestions but you can invent your own tags as well… when you start sleep tracking, there is a small pencil icon at the bottom of the screen where you can already add tags you already know… the first thing in the morning when you stop tracking is a rating screen which again shows you an edit area to add more tags…
Than you get advice based on tags e.g. “You are getting more sport lately” … or “You have less caffeine lately”
And you can see tag-based charts to compare the effect of different tags on your sleep…
More over in the stat screen you can filter based on tags to see the effect of your tags e.g. caffeine or alcohol or sport… on your main sleep measures like Duration, Irregularity, Deep sleep, Efficiency, HRV, Breath or Rating…
