Most of the times Sleep as Android can get the full data from the Mi Band 9, but sometimes the actigraph is empty. I use Notify for Mi Band to connect it. In the Notify app it says in red on top of the app:
“While running Sleep as Android sleep tracking, the watch will stop tracking your sleep (it’s firmware limitation), so you won’t be able to get any sleep statistics on watch and the Notify app”
But it always records the sleep on both anyway, just sometimes it’s not complete on sleep as Android.
Steps to reproduce:
Use the latest version of both apps, choose 'Mi Band 8, Xiaomi/Redmi Watch as wearable in sleep as Android, enable sleep as Android in notify app
Hi @Coen_Deurloo, the real-time tracking is possible only for one app (technical limitation). But Notify app can probably analyze the data set in the morning.
How does the tracking ends - with an alarm, or automatically? Do you have missing data at the beginning of at the end of the tracking?
Hi @Ivan_Bobadilla, the Sleep app seems to be running, the noise graph did not stop and the sound recording was also running (you might have too low noise recording threshold, btw).
Could you please make sure the Notify app and Bluetooth are both excluded from the optimizations? Also disable the Adaptive battery, especially if you have Android 14 or 15,
Yes, they are excluded from optimizations, i used the same set of settings I used for the Sleep as Android app. Still, my phone is on MIUI so that could be a factor. Thanks for noting about the sound treshold I didn’t really noticed as I haven’t been checking my recordings for a while
If the tracking itself works, but the data stops coming after some time of inactivity, it is almost for sure some optimization. Did you check the Bluetooth app?
You can use the Left ≡ menu → (?) Support → Report a bug, and send me the logs, but I am afraid I will only see sleep running, and data from Notify stopping after some time.
