Playing a sound through sleep earbuds turns out to be an effective way to stop my snoring either because I wake up (instead of my partner…) or because I respond unconsciously to the sound. Figuring out the right sound (the cuckoo does not wake me up for example, I sleep right through it) and volume level that ‘works’ is trial-and-error. Marking when the anti-snore action was triggered on the sound recording would make it much easier to find an effective combination of sound and volume level.

Hi @gwiesenekker welcome to the SaA community. Very interesting… I’m curious, are you tracking snoring using SaA Sonar, SpO2 from a watch or other device, or something else? I’m asking because my understanding using Sonar would integer with using ear buds.

Hi Ray,
I am using the built-in anti-snore functionality of Sleep as Android that uses the microphone of my tablet to detect snoring. The anti-snore sounds are played on a Soundcore A20 earbud in my right ear in its smallest configuration: I can lie on my right ear without feeling it.
