Hello, I have somewhat of a complicated issue, or request.
I work on tugboats on a “14 days on, 14 days off” work schedule rotation where I work for two consecutive weeks before having two weeks off. It’s combined with a “6 hours on, 6 hours off” watch schedule, which means I would work for 14 days with a 12-hour shift structure (two 6-hour watch periods with 6 hours off in between) followed by 14 days completely off. This type of schedule is common in remote or offshore industries that need 24/7 coverage, such as oil and gas, where employees live on-site during their work period. It also includes being woken up during my “off watch (or rest period)” for Overtime Work.
I’d like to be able to compare the two separate portions, based on my “at work” time and my “at home” time. It’s hard for me to decipher which is which when I’m looking at the graphs on the app.
I’m extremely curious about it and the health effects it’s having on me.
If this can somehow be accommodated I would be very grateful. If it already is, can someone please explain how I can do it and walk me through?
I’m struggling to figure it out.
Thank you.
