Make a better lucid dream, because ehen I listen the sound “may more dream” I wake up because it so loud and scary, and do something to impact to the brains by the special signalsf ( for ex. the special sounds) to fall in the lucid dream. I am not a biologist but I think its possible because there is a lot of sounds to meditation and it nearly the same as lucid dream. So also I read about scientists discover that using a little bit electricity to sleep body in correct sleep phase may cause the lucid dream.
