I have seen a lot of my friends and co-workers wearing various forms of the the LG Tones series wireless bluetooth headsets. The other day I was thinking that it would be helpful to enable vibration on the headset as an addition to a phone vibration on the alarm. Something similar to the smart watch support but for vibration-enabled bluetooth headsets.
