Landscape mode doesn't affect navigation buttons

Hi. I tried sending this bug report through the app, but after typing it all up and hitting send it just brought up my email client with nothing in it.

When my phone is in landscape, Twilight does not cover the main Android navigation buttons (back, previous apps, home screen). This is a big problem because some apps have bright backgrounds. So, with Twilight running and my phone horizontal, I get most of my screen nicely darkened and orange and then the searing bright white strip of the navigation buttons.

Iā€™m on a stock Samsung Galaxy s10.
