Sleep data from older phone which where exported to sd card does not show up after I import them into the new phone. The transfer is successful but nothing show up. What can I do ?
Hello Kristina, can you please have a look at the data - what si the size of the sleep-export.csv? Did you put it into /sleep-data/sleep-export.csv on your internal storage?
Hi, the size is 4,66MB. Yes it is there.
Can you please use menu - backup - import… and than if you still do not see any records, use menu - report a bug and send me the log for further investigation please?
